We spoke with Megan who was able to provide us with a quote and then We met with Phil who came to our house and did the measurements. We then followed up with Olga. Everyone was super friendly and always willing to answer our questions. The door itself took a while to come in (we ordered in October and came in feb 2). It only took a couple of days for them to paint it and add the hardware we desired. They did an amazing job at matching the molding inside of our house exactly along with the paint color. Overall we are so in love with our door. Highly recommended!”
